Gobert at PPIR

Thursday, August 10, 2000

The bad boy of Superbike racing, the man who (for a time) dominated the 1998 and 1999 AMA Superbike series, Anthony Gobert, is hanging around the paddock today at PPIR and will be there all weekend.
Is he there to ride or just to see old friends? Who knows?

Could he jump on nearly any Superbike in the paddock and win? Lets hear what you have to say: e-mail your (brief) thoughts on that question here and we'll post them later. Put your name at the end of the message.

Gobert is one of a very select group of riders who have ridden AMA Superbike, World Superbike and Grand Prix in the last twelve months. Gobert won in both of the Superbike classes.
