Colin Edwards is likely to begin discussions on his future when the World Superbike championship resumes at Assen in Holland this week. The Castrol Honda rider and leader of the series may be poised to remain with the team for one more year but Assen is likely to herald a host of other offers for the 26-year-old Texan.
"It's that silly time of the year again," said Edwards. "I'm sure all the talk at Assen will be about who is going where and what riders are and are not available - it's all good fun!"

Edwards may have an opportunity to go GP racing in 2001 but has stated that he no longer considers that the step up he used to from World Superbike.
