Shortly after the lunch break here at the Dunlop tire test at Daytona, Yamaha's Anthony Gobert has thrown down the fast time of the test thus far with a blazing 1:49.280.

The weather outlook seems good and there is a slight tail wind down the front straight/banking, all factors that will help knock hundredths off a lap time.

The final day of the test is when the really fast times usually happen, so stay tuned.
