While trying to get a double Baileys on the rocks before take-off, we here at Soup finally let off and relaxed for a moment yesterday.

Images from the test at Daytona floated blissfully thru our heads ... Anthony Gobert's new lean and mean look, all-black Hondas and other items made their way through.

As did clips of climbing over the pit wall and seeing ... DOT tires on the back of Shawn Higbee's F-X Suzuki.

Wait a second, that's not an F-X bike, that's an FUSA bike a sun-fried brain screamed.

Upon returning home, a multi-paragraph e-mail awaited from Higbee, confirming that even though AMA T&S called his bike an FX machine, as did we, it wasn't.

We stand corrected.
