Why the Internet Sucks:

I'm about five seconds away from pulling the plug on this whole amasuperbike.com thing because of a few E-mails I have gotten this week from viewers who have problems with things on the site.
This was capped off by an Email from a person with the email address of Flyngsosr@aol.com who wrote in "looks like u cant spell  anerican honda racing, yah freaken nazi, and by the way now u can see erics name, anthony, and arron slights names in the guest book of leeann talking shit they wouldnt think of saying, thanks to good ol dean putting the link in for all the racers".
This same person wrote me earlier in the week to accuse me of being a pervert for finding the Leeann Tweeden site (the link was sent to me by a friend who works at a motocross magazine). He's obviously a brain surgeon.
Sigh. People, I don't have to do this, this site. I have a family and a job so finding other things to do is not a problem.  I don't make any money doing this (neither does Webmaster Tim), I do it because I love the sport and want the profile of Superbike racing in America to be in the same league as other motorsports on the Web. One of the great things about my job, where they pay me fairly okay bucks to write about racing, is that I don't have to put up with any morons at all. It's very rare that I have to endure explaining things to people who came out on the losing end of the gene pool.
I think that the majority of the people who come to this site, or rely on it for news, realize that I do this on the fly, when I have a few moments away from my life. Apologies if the typos offend some, but I was bouncing around at 37,000 feet when I wrote those news briefs (which I think are still pretty exclusive to this site) and I was more concerned about not spilling a 7-Up on my computer than running spell check.
I hooked up this afternoon to post an exclusive news item on Kenny Roberts Junior signing with Suzuki's GP team, and a memo from the AMA, but for right now I think I'll just go back to my life. Flying Saucer's email address is linked above if anyone has a use for him.
