Shinichi Itoh's 200 mph NSR and 200mph cap: At the 93 USGP American Honda made special caps commemerating Itoh's 200mph trap speed earlier in the season. Dean was allowed in the garage and took a photo of the cap on Itoh's bike. This photo has never been published. Thanks to Rick for the cap.
