Hayden In GP: Nixon Called It

Two years ago at the Daytona tire test, racing legend Gary Nixon, the Hayden mentor and 1967 AMA champ, predicted that it would be Hayden and Rossi duking it out in Grand Prix in 2003.

When asked via telephone on tonight about what he thought of Hayden's chances in Europe, Nixon said, "I've seen 'em all and raced a bunch of them. Nicky's the best one I have ever seen. If they give him an "A" bike, I'll put my money on Nicky."
