Inquiring minds were left without answers today when the question of whether Aaron Yates--the series current 600 Supersport champion--will race his GSX-R600 next season. Sources close to Yates kept their cards close to their chest, saying a succinct, "No comment".

Most insiders believe that Yates will race the class in '03 but if so, he will have much more of a battle on his hands in 03 than he did in 02. Kawasaki, Honda and Yamaha have new models for next season and are stepping up their Supersport efforts in order to bring home the crown.
