Notes: The morning rain went away and was thankfully replaced with brilliant sunshine just before lunch. SuperPole was fully dry.
Ben Bostrom, Nori Haga, Troy Bayliss and Ruben Xaus all had the fastest position in SuperPole at one time or another. Edwards lapped last and blew them all away.
Allesandro Antonello crashed out in SuperPole, highsiding the DFX Ducati in a big way.
