Knowledgeable sources state that the Austin Ducati team of Eric Bostrom and former World Superbike champion Neil Hodgson will use Dunlop tires in 2005 US Superbike racing. The team used Michelin tires in 2004; using the French rubber, Bostrom set the pole at Daytona, led the Daytona 200 and won the Colorado round of the series.

If current rumors are true--that the still unannounced Michael Jordan Suzuki Superbike team will use Dunlope tires, it appears that Michelin has been largely blown out of the factory Superbike ranks in the US.
