Camel Honda/Repsol Honda rider Max Biaggi crashed a Super-Motard bike late yesterday or today in Italy, breaking his left leg in several spots. He will undergo surgery (presumably performed by Dr. Costa) ASAP. Updated: Reuters is reporting that Biaggi was examined by Costa and sent to a clinic in France to repair his leg.

Biaggi was practicing for an upcoming Super-Motard race in Italy when he crashed.

Earlier this season, Biaggi's presumed '05 team-mate, Nick Hayden broke his collarbone and damaged his knee in a 'Motard crash.
