Former American Superbike champion Nick Hayden has been re-signed to a two year contract by HRC, one which will see the twenty-three year old remain on the factory Honda squad through 2006.

An official announcement is planned for Valencia. There is no word on who Hayden's team-mate will be; rumors suggest that Alex Barros will retire and Ruben Xaus will replace him but it's all just sundry rumors for now.
