Yamaha's Valentino Rossi was to test with the rest of the F-1 regulars today at Valencia, but he didn't even complete a lap.

Rossi, driving a full-spec Ferrari F1 car, was stymied by a damp track, and even though many of the world's press were assembled to watch him, he was in the gravel inside of a lap.

He and the F1 men return to the track tomorrow morning.
