Here is the provisional entry list for the 2006 MotoGP series, released by the F.I.M. yesterday. Americans may want to pick their jaw off the floor--there's another Yank in the series, seemingly.
The WCM/Bimota team have included young American Jason Perez as their second rider, teaming up with veteran Brit, Jeremy McWilliams. Bimotas. Hmmm. Do Bimota have a MotoGP spec engine built and tested? If so, when did this project see it's genesis?
A second entry for the Tech 3 team is also listed, provisionally, and the rider is thought to be Carlos Checa, as reported here earlier this week.
