Evidently, some race fans on the web have been interacting with Yoshimura Suzuki's Ben Spies via a MySpace.com account. He's been really friendly, offering advice on setting up your race bike, etc. The only problem is that your new online pal isn't really Ben.

Spies' mother and manager Mary asked that we pass on the word to the fans. Ben Spies does not have a MySpace.com account.

And the key point -- please be advised not to send this imposter goon your memorabilia for autographing, etc.
