Current rumors in Europe have the conflict between FG Sport, Dorna and the FIM growing to the point where FG Sport, who run the World Superbike and Supersport series for the FIM are said to be contemplating a "250 Cup" series, launched when Dorna launches their 600cc support series in 2011.

The FIM announced last week that they had given the go-ahead to Dorna to start a 600 series.

Sources in World Superbike, however, deny any kind of 250 plan.
