Reigning World Supersport champion and rookie WSBK rider for ten Kate Honda, Kenan Sofuoglu, has withdrawn from the Monza WSBK round after the death of his brother, Sinan. Sian died in a race crash in Turkey.

This is reportedly the second brother that Kenan Sofuoglu has lost withion the last year.
