Yamaha's Jason DiSalvo took a minor spill this morning when he crashed the factory Yamaha R1 Superbike at Infineon Raceway.

DiSalvo suffered a low-speed crash entering the chicane portion of the track, losing the front. While the machine suffered some damage, DiSalvo was not damaged and he jumped up and was quickly out on his second bike.

DiSalvo injured his foot/ankle in a crash at Fontana and while he did fall on that side of his body, the somewhat tender area was not damaged further.

He posted the fourth-fastest time in the session.
