While it has been rumored all weekend that DMG exec Roger Edmondson was coming to Infineon on Sunday to debut a new rules pachage for the 2009 classes, in reality that's not happening.

A quick phone call to DMG exec Roger Edmondson, who is at the Grand Am race at Laguna Seca, put the kibosh on that story.

Edmondson said his purpose in coming to Infineon on Sunday is to have a meeting with Infineon's Steve Page, and "see some of my old friends in the paddock."

Edmondson said they are not ready to debut a rules package.
