Honda rider Neil Hodgson and former Yamaha rider Jason DiSalvo tested at Las Vegas Motor Speedway last week during a track day held Saturday on the "classic" course.

Presently, Hodgson is the only Honda Superbike rider signed for 2009 and his crewchief position appears to be open. Whether Miguel DuHamel will return to the team for '09 seems unclear.

DiSalvo is maintaining his training and riding schedule although he remains unsigned for 2009 and won't be returning to Yamaha. He rode his Yamaha practice bike at Las Vegas and was lapping fast. DiSalvo, who finished third in the '08 Superbike championship, is apparently on the list for several rides for 2009 but has yet to sign a contract.
