Conspicuously absent from the Suzuki press release last week was any mention of Michael Jordan Motorsports or Jordan's plans in 2010 DMG Superbike racing.
The release stated that Yoshimura would administer all of Suzuki's race programs in the US, and a follow-up email from Soup clarified that M4 and Geico would be fielding 600 teams as well.
The release from Suzuki did not mention either of Jordan's Superbike teams, nor did Suzuki address the Jordan issue in our e-mail exchange. Two weeks ago, American Suzuki reps felt that the Jordan deal would be signed and sealed "soon".
In 2009, Jordan shared a sponsor with DMG. The National Guard sponsored one of Jordan's Superbike teams and also the entire DMG series.

There are now rumors that the National Guard won't be sponsoring the series in 2010. These rumors possibly started by the early November press release from DMG regarding the 2010 season and schedule which made no mention of the National Guard.
