Valentino Rossi may continue to race for "three or four more years" after his current Yamaha contract expires after the 2010 season.

There has always been near-constant speculation about Rossi's post-MotoGP racing career, with his interest in F1 and rally cars sparking a frenzy in the European press in the past. But comments made during a press conference earlier today at Laguna Seca indicate Rossi may keep racing motorcycles for the next several seasons.

Rossi said the situation at Yamaha pleases him and makes him want to continue racing motorcycles. "The Doctor" is currently 30 years old.
