Knowledgeable sources say that Kawasaki Road Race Manager Mike Preston left the employ of Kawasaki USA this afternoon. We're trying to reach Preston and or Kawasaki PR to get more information but at this time have not received a response back from either.

Preston has headed the Kawasaki effort since they moved it in-house after many years with Muzzy Kawasaki.

Update: apparently there was a lay-off at Kawasaki USA today.
