FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix
- Information on the 2010 Regulations -

The Grand Prix Commission, composed of Mr. Carmelo Ezpeleta (Dorna, Chairman), Claude Danis (FIM), Hervé Poncharal (IRTA) and Takanao Tsubouchi (MSMA), in the presence of Messrs Vito Ippolito (FIM President), Ignacio Verneda (FIM Sport Director), Javier Alonso (Dorna) and M. Paul Butler (Secretary of the meeting), in a meeting held on June 26 in Assen (The Netherlands), decided unanimously the following:

MotoGP

It has been confirmed that:

1. Teams may present a maximum of 2 motorcycles per rider for technical control.
2. The practice schedule will remain the same as the current schedule:
Friday afternoon: 60 minutes
Saturday morning: 60 minutes
Saturday afternoon: 60 minutes

Moto2

After consultation with various tyre manufacturers, Dunlop has been chosen as the single tyre supplier for 3 years.

The wheel sizes will be limited to:

FRONT: 3.75" X 17" ONLY

REAR: 6.00" X 17" ONLY
