Tommy Aquino's impressive run at the front of the Daytona 200 just came to an end.

The young rider was the first of the leaders to pit but his stop ended in disaster.

His bike was covered with fuel when the valve on the fill-can stuck. Aquino ran away from the bike while the pit and his Graves Yamaha were doused in race gas.

The other leaders are coming in for their pit stops now.
