Reunited, and it feels so good.
Someone predicted that Max Biaggi and Val Rossi would one day do a retired riders pub show ala Carl Fogarty and James Whitham. Is this a step in that direction?

Former MotoGP rivals Valentino Rossi and Max Biaggi will battle again, this time for charity.

Nine-time World Champion Rossi and six-time World Champion Biaggi will compete in the Sic Supermoto Day supermoto event Dec. 2 in Italy to benefit the Marco Simoncelli Foundation.

Supermoto stars will be paired with riders from other disciplines in the event. Rossi will team with four-time Supermoto World Champion Thierry Van Den Bosch. Biaggi, who retired from racing after winning the 2012 World Superbike title, will team with four-time World Champion Adrien Chareyre.

Other premier-class riders racing in the event include Andrea Dovizioso, Mattia Pasini, Michele Pirro, Danilo Petrucci, Karel Abraham and 2013 MotoGP rookie Andrea Iannone. Retired World Champion Loris Capirossi will perform drifting exhibitions.
