Valentino Rossi's real estate holdings in his hometown of Tavullia are growing by the year. In addition to family real estate holdings, his pizza place and other digs, Rossi has built a nice ranch where he and pals ride dirt bikes on an oval and a TT-style course. And now a new office building.
Several mainstream Italian columnists have suggested that Rossi is considering retirement after the 2013 season--even though he has a two year dal with Yamaha.
Judging by the size of the office building Rossi recently built for his VR46 brand--he's not retiring anytime soon.
