We follow writer and broadcaster Julian Ryder's auctions on eBay because every once in a while his rummaging around at UK swap meets and in the closets of former Continental Circus stars or staff turns up something really special. This is how a 1950s German Grand Prix finisher's medal found itself to be glued to our toolbox.
Ryder seems to have seriously out-done himself this time with a recent find. It is a 1959 Isle of Man TT autograph book signed by essentially everyone of merit at the TT that year--including the winner of the TT in 1907 who was on hand decades later to hand out trophies.
