Peace In Their Time: COTA & 34 Settlement?

On the face of it, it doesn't seem likely that the lawsuit between 1993 world champion Kevin Schwantz and the Circuit of the Americas could be settled, simply because both parties seemed to be so entrenched in their respective positions.

That said, there were rumors late last week that the two were talking and a settlement was in the works. This would be great news if true.

Seeing '93 world champ Kevin Schwantz in the pits at Austin in three weeks would be a hard indication that the there has been peace made in Texas.
