You're never going to own an M1—as anyone who has followed the CRT saga in MotoGP has observed—but that doesn't mean you can't have a wrist-based part of the factory Yamaha team.
Dutch watchmaker TW Steel—an official sponsor of the Yamaha MotoGP team—has done a deal with Yamaha's MotoGP team which allows them to produce a series of watches.
The "M1" TW Steel watches are quite nice to our eyes, although the blue band/strap might be a little much if you don't work in Hamamatsu.
There are four different "M1" watches available—one with shocks--and they cost anywhere from $459 to $739. They can be found at some Yamaha dealers.
More info is available from the Yamaha accessories site or the TW Steel site.
