The final Superpole session for WSBK at Donington was held in wet conditions which saw several riders crash while simultaneously trying to qualify fastest and maintain control. Jon Rea, Sylvain Guintoli and even Davide Giugliano went sideways in the session but the Ducati rider had held on the longest using the Panigale to steal the pole away from home track hero Leon Haslam.
