Classic Moments Calendars are in

The shipment of Classic Moments motorcycle racing calendars landed in California last week. Printed in Germany by a gaggle of Grand Prix racing enthusiasts, Classic Moments is a really high quality Grand Prix racing calendar featuring images from the semi-forgoten era of GP racing in the sixties.

The images are huge and first rate, Hailwood, Ago, the MVs and the first Hondas are all represented, in a time when Grand Prix went to the Isle of Man and some tracks were 18 miles long!

To mark the end of the century, the 2000 Classic Moments calendar will feature color images instead of the usual very cool black and white photographs. They're only doing this once.

These calendars are only brought into the States in a very limited number and usually sell out quickly (I tried to get one last January with no luck).

The calendars cost thirty dollars, but many of the images in it can later be framed.
