Status of the Willow Springs Superbike race has moved from definitely off to maybe it's back on. The Huth family, which own Willow Springs, are conferring. A decision is expected within a week.

Sources close to PACE state that they are trying to nab the former USGP date at Road America for a round of their 2000 series.

Forty year old British racing champion Ron Haslam will make a racing return next year in the British superstock series on a Honda.

One team that you will be hearing a lot about in the coming weeks is the 2000 "Erion 2" (working title) team which is being run by Kevin Erion and a mid-west investor. The Erion 2 team will be a replica of the Erion Honda team and will field bikes in both the 600 Supersport and Formula Extreme classes in 2000, that's the story thus far. Rumor has it that they have one rider signed and another is looking for a pen. "We'll make an announcment soon," Kevin Erion stated.
