Jump. Man. The Jordan Suzuki team had an 'off' Daytona but did debut one of their extremely, ah, interesting, paint schemes on the banking. The front fender combines the Zen of a Japanese garden rake-job with Mr. Jordan's provocative leap. Jordan was not sighted at the track at Daytona but that doesn't mean he wasn't there.

Josh Herrin won his first Superbike race on Friday, but said that it didn't feel real because Hayes had dropped out with a DNF. With him were two fellows who had wrenched on Eddie Lawson's Daytona 200 winning Yamaha in 1993--Rick Hobbs (L) and Mitch Leonard.
