Hayden Rides New Road Course At Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Contact! Hayden wore a vintage look when he first lapped the new track at Indy.

At 3:30 CST Hayden was still lapping on the road course on a production bike in an effort to help Indy fine-tune the new track.

Hayden is pushed off. The '09 Indian race bike featured hand-shift direct drive and a large shift lever.

Exploring the new road course, Hayden seemed happy to be riding.

IMS head Tony George came down and met Hayden, and then watched him take some laps.
