You have no idea how the Euro press placates Aleix’s painfully long and equally asinine post-race debriefs. Literally they are longer than his race. His son’s face at yet another “How was it out there, champ?” question tells the story.

I knew I recognized those eyes from somewhere but the chair threw me off. KTM race boss Pit raced MX against Americans Bobby Moore and Donny Schmit. Back when we all had mud on our shoes Pit was beyond balls-out brave and relentlessly dedicated to being fast. He is still in phenomenal shape.

Aluminum gas tanks piled up behind the KTM garage. The welding on them wasn’t HRC quality but it was okay. Looked like a human had done it, which is old-school now.
