Brian “Dreb” Drebber’s funeral service will be held at Events on Main, 145 West Main Street in Canton Georgia on Saturday afternoon at 4:00 PM.

Drebber passed away last week after his motorcycle collided with a deer. On what would be his final ride the well-known and well-liked Drebber was riding to the airport to partake in the Pittsburgh MotoAmerica event.

The gregarious to a fault Drebber’s enthusiasm for motorcycle and racing was well-known to friends and fans. Drebber was a friend to all. Additionally he either owned or had owned nearly every cool motorcycle made by Honda in the last 30 years.

On what would be his last ride Drebber was on his favorite bike, the famed “Franken Wing” which was built by ex-Kawasaki and Honda race boss Gary Mathers in the Honda US race shop. Mathers took a Honda Valkyrie motorcycle and adapted all the new Gold Wing bits to it, no small feat.  The chassis had the steering head cut off and Mathers worked to improve the bike’s geometry to make it slightly more performance oriented.

With six carbs, the “Franken Wing” looked and worked completely sano. And it hauled ass which Drebber loved.
