Ex-World Supersport champion Cal Crutchlow’s LCR Honda rolled out new colors today at the Michelin tire test following the Czech GP at Brno.
Stories have circulated for months that the, at one time celebrated, team sponsorship by financial firm CWM was on shaky ground on the LCR bikes. Various reports have it that LCR have been searching for a replacement sponsor for Crutchlow’s machine for over a month.
LCR head Lucio Cecchinello has had a good relationship with Castrol dating back to his own days as a GP rider.
