Following an incident in Q2 at the Gran Premio Octo di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini between Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda Team) and Valentino Rossi (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP), both riders were required to attend a hearing with the FIM MotoGP™ Stewards Panel at 16:45 local time (GMT +2).
Because the laps of both riders were cancelled due to both having exceeded track limits prior to the incident, no further action will be taken.
