Aspar Honda MotoGP rider Nicky Hayden’s rebuilt wrist seems to be showing signs that it is improving.
Hayden has been seen riding his Honda CRF450 dirt track bike at Perris Raceway several times in the last four weeks. Hayden underwent major surgery mid-season 2014 to have the joint repaired.
“The off-season and following my doctor’s instructions on rehabilitating my wrist did me some real good, ” Hayden said recently. “I am back riding, training and working to get the last bit of strength back.”
The 2006 MotoGP world champion will be the lone American rider in the MotoGP series in 2015. He will race an updated and improved RCV1000 Honda for the Aspar team.
