Max Biaggi Taken To Hospital Via Medivac After SuperMoto Crash in Rome

Max Biaggi was the victim of a serious accident on the Sagittario track in Latina while training on a Supermotard bike. The Roman rider was transported urgently via helicopter to the San Camillo Hospital in Rome with suspected thoracic and spinal trauma.

No details on his condition are known at the present, but we have heard from Damiano, his mechanic who was at the track, that he was moving his arms and legs and there are probably no serious injuries. Apparently Max also got up after the crash before being immobilized as a precautionary measure.

We will publish updates as soon as more information becomes available.
