A month or so ago, SRX Willy noticed a very minty 2017 CBR1000RR sitting and looking almost forlorn in an auction lot at American Honda.

Further investigation (the bikes VIN #) showed that this was indeed a special motorcycle.

Luckily, longtime Friend of Soup Rob T was interested in a keepsake to memorialize Nicky Hayden. The bike arrived in Minnesota yesterday and is in Rob’s safe and appreciative hands.
