Broadcaster and journalist Chris Carter talks about racing in the 1970s and being there for the infamous “Beat me? He didn’t beat me. I just finished second is all,” press conference when Ago, um … finished ahead of Roberts at Daytona.
He also states while he worked with Barry Sheene and knew him since he was a paddock rat, age 10, he didn’t like him as much as he did other humans. All this and much more.
