The LA Newscaster who yesterday accused comedian/Senator Al Franken of deplorable behavior might look slightly familiar. She should–she’s LeeAnn Tweeden, Ben Bostrom’s girlfriend while he raced in the US and in Europe early in his career.
Tweeden is married with two children now but has remained a good friend to motorcycle racing, exposing mainstream audiences to motorbikes and the people who race them through her series of high profile jobs.
She also remained good friends with the late Nicky Hayden.
